1. General Agreement

By engaging with Maxgrow, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. Our agency provides Digital Marketing solutions, and these terms ensure a smooth professional relationship between us (the Agency) and you (the Client).

2. Scope of Services

Maxgrow offers SEO, Social Media Management, PPC, and Web Development. The specific tasks, timelines, and goals for your project will be defined in your individual Service Agreement or Invoice. Any work outside that scope will be treated as an additional service and billed accordingly.

3. Payment & Billing

  • Invoicing: Monthly services (Retainers) are billed in advance at the start of each month.

  • Late Fees: Payments not received within 7 days of the due date may lead to a temporary pause in campaign management.

  • Taxes: All applicable taxes (GST, etc.) will be added to the service fee as per Indian Government regulations.

4. Cancellation & Termination Policy

We believe in flexibility, but digital marketing requires planning and resources.

  • Retainer Services: You may terminate monthly services (SEO/SMM) by providing a 15-day written notice via email to support@maxgrow.in.

  • Project-Based Work: For one-time projects like Website Development, cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of the initial deposit. Once the design/development phase begins, cancellation is not possible.

  • Agency Rights: Maxgrow reserves the right to terminate a contract if the client fails to provide necessary assets or violates professional conduct.

5. Refund Policy (Money-Back Guidelines)

As we provide professional labor and digital expertise, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Service Fees: Payments for SEO, SMM, and content creation are non-refundable once the strategy or execution has started.

  • Ad Spend: Any budget allocated to Google Ads or Meta Ads is paid directly to the platforms. Maxgrow cannot refund any amount once it has been spent on advertising.

  • Initial Deposits: Deposits for website projects are used to book developers and designers. Therefore, deposits are non-refundable after work commences.

  • Performance: Digital marketing results depend on third-party algorithms (Google/Facebook). While we guarantee our best efforts, we do not offer refunds based on specific “ranking” or “sales” expectations.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all dues, the client owns the final creative assets (website, graphics). However, Maxgrow retains the right to display the work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) says otherwise.

7. Client Responsibilities

The success of our campaigns depends on your cooperation. Clients must provide:

  • Necessary access to website backends and social accounts.

  • Timely feedback on designs and content.

  • Legal ownership of all images and logos provided to us.

8. Liability Limitation

Maxgrow is not liable for any loss of profit, data, or business reputation caused by third-party platform changes, server downtimes, or algorithm updates.
